Dosage (Adults):

• Add 1 scoop (17 g) and mix into 150 mL of water and shake or blend until smooth
• Drink an additional glass of water (250–500 mL) after taking PGX®
• Begin with 1 scoop and gradually increase over several days as tolerated
• Take up to 1 scoop 3 times daily with or without food or as directed by a physician
• Consult a physician for prolonged use

Cautions and Warnings:

• A small percentage of people may initially experience minor digestive changes when taking PGX®

• Consult a physician if you are under 18 years of age, or have any health concerns
• Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you have a milk allergy
• Hypersensitivity/allergy, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use and consult a physician
• May cause mild gastrointestinal disturbances such as temporary gas, bloating, constipation and abdominal pain
